A six-month program, launching in Spring 2017, from the RBTC for emerging leaders in technology companies focused on leadership practices that drive organizational success.

Core Advance’s central mission is to help emerging leaders who have direct reports achieve greater success. Core Advance’s learning experiences, led by regional experts, are designed to maximize applications. Morning modules focus on practices that help ensure that leaders are bringing out the best in their colleagues – Relationship Intelligence. Afternoon modules focus on practices that elevate leaders’ thinking beyond effective performance in their own functional area to company-wide success – Executive Know-How. Lunch & Learns, led by experienced experts, will offer participants opportunities to enrich their business savvy and broaden participants’ regional networks.

Who Should Apply?
Leaders in technology companies who have or are anticipated to have three or more direct reports with some business experience.
Format, Approach and Schedule
  • Peer Cohort Group
  • Pre-Program Meeting of Participants, Instructors and Coaches (Introductions, Program Overview, Introducing Coaching)
  • Six month program (March to November 2017), one day a month (2nd Thursdays), 12 half-day experiential learning modules with emphasis on job applications
  • One ICF certified coaching session
  • Lunch & Learns with Regional Technology Leaders (HR and Talent, Innovation, Funding, Growth Strategies, Sales & Marketing)
