Tom spent 35 years in the industrial automation market. As head of Market Development with Kollmorgen (a Danaher company), he led growth in a diverse set of markets including semiconductor, food & beverage, medical imaging, and oil/gas. An Electrical Engineer by training (Virginia Tech) he has a keen interest in both technical and commercial aspects of marketing. After retiring in 2014, he has focused his consulting business on VOC techniques. Tom is the creator of the Pareto Insight™ process.
